India’s SCCL commissioned the primary floating solar energy plant on the Singareni Thermal Energy Station (STPS) in Jaipur, within the Indian state of Telangana.
State-owned SCCL is setting up a 15 MW (AC)/19.5 MW (DC) floating solar energy plant on the STPS reservoir. Within the first part, it supplied 5 MW of floating photo voltaic capability. The second 10 MW part is predicted to be accomplished by the top of March.
The 5 MW(AC)/6.5 MW(DC) floating photo voltaic plant is being applied by Hyderabad-headquartered Novus Inexperienced Vitality Programs.
