Dutch photo voltaic producer Solarge has unveiled two variations of its light-weight mono-PERC photo voltaic panels for rooftop functions. The module has energy outputs between 470 W and 520 W and efficiencies from 17.4% to 19.2%.

Dutch PV producer Solarge has unveiled a brand new line of monocrystalline PERC modules for rooftop functions. The corporate manufactures light-weight, low-carbon photo voltaic panels at a brand new large-scale manufacturing line in Weert, the Netherlands.

The European producer affords the panels in two variations – the Solo and the Solo Extremely Low Carbon, with a carbon footprint of 629 kg CO2 eq/kWp to 596 kg CO2 eq/kWp, and 489 kg CO2 eq/kWp to 442 kg CO2 eq /kWp, respectively. They’re mentioned to have a 25% and 60% decrease carbon footprint than typical modules. Solarge says the PV panels are designed for circularity and are thus totally recyclable on the finish of their 25-year life.

The merchandise have energy outputs from 470 W to 520 W and energy conversion efficiencies from 17.4% to 19.2%. Their open-circuit voltage is from 49.8 V to 49.9 V and the short-circuit present is between 12.73 A and 13.4 A.

The panels measure 2,335 mm x 1,138 mm x 47 mm and weigh 14.5 kg.

Solarge says it focuses on creating light-weight merchandise appropriate for set up on roofs with restricted load-bearing capability, eliminating the necessity for in depth roof reinforcement. It adopts robust and lightweight polymers that end in a module weight per sq. meter of 5.5 kg.

The modules can be utilized with a most system voltage of 1,500 V. They’ve a temperature coefficient of -0.36% per C and an working temperature from -40 C to 85 C.

The brand new panels include a 16-year product guarantee and a 25-year efficiency guarantee. The 25-year ultimate energy output is assured to be a minimum of 80.2% of the nominal energy output.

Solarge mentioned it plans to start deliveries to clients in June. It needs to increase its manufacturing capability from the present 20,000 photo voltaic panels per yr to 600,000.
