March 30, 2023: Drew Baglino, Tesla’s senior vice chairman for powertrain and power engineering, was offered with the Shep Wolsky Battery Innovator award for 2023 throughout the Worldwide Battery Seminar in Florida on March 21.
Baglino joined Tesla in 2006 as a firmware and technical engineer. His profession at Tesla included work on energy electronics and car techniques, together with modeling Tesla’s all-electric Roadster.
Baglino can be liable for the technical management of the firmware and electronics for Tesla’s second-generation battery for Daimler’s Good EV.
